전 세계 와이너리와 일본 사케 양조장과의 교류를 통해현장의 언어로 술을 이해해 왔다.

현재는 VINOBONO를 운영하며,기록하는 사람과 선택하는 사람,두 시선을 동시에 유지하고 있다.

I work at the intersection of sake and wine,recording both in a single language while moving across their boundaries.My writing focuses on how alcohol is madeand how the decisions behind it leave lasting traces.

I serve as a judge for the Asia Wine Trophy,and through sustained engagement with wineries around the worldand Japanese sake breweries,I have developed a field-based understanding of alcohol.

Today, I run VINOBONO,operating simultaneously as a journalist who recordsand a practitioner who selects—maintaining both perspectives with equal rigor.
